BOIL FISH

 

 

INGREDIENTS

4 – 5 lbs of Fish
1 large onion
1 tomato
1 tbs butter
2 sprigs thyme
2 cloves garlic
juice of 1 – 2 lemons
2 cups water
Salt & Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Clean fish with vinegar. Season fish with salt & pepper to taste. Allow to rest for a couple hours in the refrigerator. Place fish in saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients on top of fish and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and allow to simmer for 25-35 minutes. Add more salt & pepper if needed.
