4 cans coconut milk
2 cans cream of coconut
1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
1 can evaporated milk
1 can of hot water to thin out – optional
1/2 t Nutmeg
1/8 t Ginger
1/8 t Ground cloves
1/2 t Cinnamon
1 t Pure vanilla extract
Bacardi 151 (to desired strength)
Combine all ingredients over medium heat and stir continuously. Remove and allow to cool. Stir in the rum and chill and serve over ice.
