FUDGE

1 cup brown sugar
1 tin condensed milk
¼ lb. (½ cup) butter

Grease baking pan and set aside.  Melt butter in pan.  Once melted, add remaining ingredients  stir continuously until thick and pulls away from sides of pan.  Drop a tsp of fudge to water to test if it is ready.  If the liquid forms to a solid candy, the mixture is ready to pour into the baking dish to cool completely.
