Salmon Balls

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon (remove skin and bones)
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ¼  tsp ground black pepper
  • ½  tsp Oregano
  • ½  tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sazon
  • Diced onion
  • Diced green pepper
  • Diced red pepper
  • Palm full of bread crumbs
  • ½ cup of can milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients.  Form into balls.  Heat oil (make sure it is hot) and fry balls on the first side until you can see a nice brown ring.  Don’t turn before it is cooked well on that side or it will separate.
